Kiran is a Menopause Empowerment Coach. She supports women through perimenopause and menopause to reconnect with themselves and regain emotional balance. Her work helps women step into the next chapter of life with clarity, confidence, and self trust.


Kiran’s work is deeply informed by her own personal journey through menopause. Having navigated the emotional upheaval, identity shifts, and inner challenges herself, she brings lived understanding as well as professional expertise to the women she supports.

In Kiran’s one to one work, many women arrive feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, unheard, and disconnected from their bodies. Years of conditioning has taught them to put everyone else first. Her work is grounded in helping women slow down and find calm.


Kiran creates a space where women feel deeply seen and heard, allowing awareness, clarity, and understanding to emerge. From this place of calm, women are able to take care of their needs without guilt, tune into what is really happening for them, and begin taking ownership of their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.


As calm and awareness grow, attention naturally turns to self leadership. Kiran supports women to understand their needs, manage their energy, and communicate clearly and calmly with the people around them, whether at home, work, or within healthcare settings. This includes learning to set boundaries without shame, speak up without fear, and advocate for themselves with confidence. Through this work, women move away from shrinking and self doubt and into resilience, inner strength, and emotional steadiness.

Many women also reach a point where they want more from life. As they feel more grounded and resourced, they begin to question what they truly want from this next chapter. Kiran supports women to explore identity, purpose, and possibility in a way that feels safe and realistic. This might look like reconnecting with parts of themselves that were lost, making space for more joy and fulfilment, or creating change that feels aligned and intentional.


Kiran offers one to one support through a holistic, integrated approach for women who are ready to feel more emotionally grounded, clear, and confident in themselves. Through this work, women develop greater self trust, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to who they are becoming, allowing them to move through menopause with more ease, balance, and self compassion. Her work supports lasting inner change, helping women feel calmer, clearer, and more empowered as they step into the next chapter of their lives.
