Unleash the Wolf Within (UWW) is a women's community and business founded by Harri Dhokia, operating at www.uww.zone. We provide community membership, events, workshops, healing sessions and business support for women in the UK and internationally.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

When you register for an event or masterclass: name, email address, and any information you provide in registration forms
When you join a membership (Soul Pack or Business Pack): name, email address, and payment details (processed securely — we do not store card details)
When you contact us: name, email address, and the content of your message
When you visit our website: technical data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site (collected via cookies — see our Cookie Policy)
When you join our WhatsApp communities: your phone number and WhatsApp display name


3. Why we collect your data and our legal basis

We collect and process your personal data for the following reasons:

To deliver services you've signed up for (events, memberships, programmes) — legal basis: contract performance
To send you information about upcoming events, offers and community news — legal basis: your consent (you can withdraw this at any time)
To process payments — legal basis: contract performance
To improve our website and understand how visitors use it — legal basis: legitimate interests
To comply with legal obligations — legal basis: legal compliance


4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party tools necessary to deliver our services:

Wix — our website platform (wix.com)
Funnel Sketchers (white label of GoHighLevel (GHL)) — our CRM, email automation and membership platform
Stripe — payment processing
Pensight — event and booking management
Zoom — online event delivery
WhatsApp (Meta) — community communication
Canva — design tools (no personal data shared)

All third-party providers are required to handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. How long we keep your data
Active members: for the duration of your membership plus 2 years after it ends
Event registrants: up to 2 years after the event date
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe
Payment records: 7 years (required by UK tax law)
Website analytics data: up to 26 months


6. Your rights under GDPR

As a UK or EU resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data (subject to legal obligations)
Right to restrict processing: ask us to limit how we use your data
Right to data portability: request your data in a portable format

Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our website is hosted on Wix, which maintains industry-standard security measures. Payment data is processed by Stripe and we never store card details ourselves.

10. Children's data

UWW services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hd@uww.zone and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. We will notify active members of any significant changes by email.

12. How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
