Sweta Purohit

The Soulpreneurs Series

Meet Sweta Purohit – founder of The Sweta Way, a transformational framework blending ancient alchemy,

super-conscious healing, somatic body intelligence, and practical self-leadership. Rooted in a lifelong spiritual connection and years of experience in corporate leadership development and transformational change, Sweta has also gracefully navigated heartbreak, divorce and profound health challenges losing an ovary. Her path has been one of deep listening to her inner wisdom — even when life’s stresses made her body shout in ways she could no longer ignore.

Today, she helps people break free from autopilot patterns and unconscious energetic blocks stored in the body that keep them stuck. Through her signature MMT Framework, she guides them to reconnect with their inner soul–body wisdom, unlock creative solutions, and step into their power as the soul-led leader of their own life — transforming the “lead” of their limitation into the gold of their soul’s true nature, calling, and desires.

Listening to Your Body & Leading from Your Soul

If there’s one lesson Sweta Purohit wants women to take away from her journey, it’s this: your body holds wisdom — and ignoring it comes at a cost.

In 2016, while her life looked picture-perfect on paper — a husband, a nice home, a good corporate job — inside, she was quietly breaking. Yearning to be a mother, feeling out of alignment in her marriage, and sensing an inner pull for something deeper, she took an unexpected leap. A shamanic teacher kept appearing in her Facebook feed. She followed her intuition, signed up for his alchemy training, and began a year-long journey into hermetic philosophy, shadow work, and deep personal transformation.

That decision set off a chain of events she could never have planned: her marriage improved, her career advanced, and — against medical odds — she conceived her daughter naturally. She credits that year’s inner work for giving her the tools to navigate both the joy of motherhood and the challenges that followed.

But even healers can fall into old patterns. After her daughter’s birth and during a separation, Sweta returned to autopilot, ignoring her body’s warning signs until she landed in hospital for emergency surgery. “I didn’t listen,” she admits. That moment cemented her mission — to teach others the importance of engaging the body, not just the mind or spirit, in the process of healing and transformation.

The Birth of The Sweta Way

The Sweta Way is a transformational framework designed to guide you on a profound journey of healing, growth, and soulful leadership. It’s built around three powerful pillars: Magic, Movement, and Transformation (MMT) — each one a vital part of your path to embodying your highest self.

•    Magic is the alchemy of turning your “lead” — the limiting beliefs, old stories, and unconscious patterns that weigh you down — into “gold”: your soul’s true power, gifts, and unique creative potential. It’s about reconnecting with your higher self and awakening the innate magic within you.

•    Movement is the embodiment of that magic through somatic practices that release stuck energy and trauma held in the body. These conscious movements help you reconnect to your intuition, emotions, and natural creative flow — clearing the way for healing and vibrant self-expression.

•    Transformation is the art of navigating life’s challenges with grounded resilience and clarity, guided by soul-led vision. It’s about stepping into self-leadership, making empowered choices, and creating a life that reflects your deepest desires and purpose.

Together, these three pillars help you break free from autopilot, unlock new creative solutions, and fully embody your soul-led leadership — so you can shine in your passions and impact the world with authenticity and confidence.
Sweta has walked this path herself, using The MMT Framework to heal & create an amicable divorce, build conscious co-parenting relationship, and grow a purpose-driven business aligned with her soul calling.

Cultural Expectations & Authenticity

As a South Asian woman in business, Sweta knows the pressure to “look the part” — polished branding, playing it safe, and avoiding anything too “woo woo.” But she’s adamant: people don’t want perfection; they want real and relatable. That means resisting the urge to shrink into a box for the sake of community approval and instead showing up in your authentic, unfiltered self.

It’s a truth that resonated deeply in our conversation — especially for women conditioned to put others first. The people-pleasing habit runs deep, but breaking it starts with listening to what your soul actually wants, not what tradition, society, or your parents think you should do.

Morning Rituals & Staying Grounded

Sweta’s day starts with body-based grounding. After the school run, she burns incense while chanting “Om Namah Shivaya” to cleanse her home and calm her nervous system. She then moves through a “circling” practice — slowly rotating each joint from ankles to wrists — bringing awareness back into her body. This is followed by her vision statements: soul goals she embodies each morning, allowing inspired actions to emerge naturally.

Her advice for anyone serving others? “Resource yourself first. You can’t pour from an empty cup.”

Legacy & Inspiration

Sweta’s daughter is both her muse and her motivation. From the early days of wanting to show her “you can follow your dreams,” to now having a little mascot who proudly champions The Sweta Way, she’s building a legacy of self-trust, authenticity, and inner leadership.

Even in moments of doubt — when going back to a corporate job seemed tempting — her vision kept her moving forward. And that’s the energy she wants every Soulpreneur to embrace.
