Sacred Self: Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a nurturing event as we gather in the Sacred Self: Cacao Ceremony - a sacred journey of self-connection, rest and renewal. Through the gentle medicine of cacao, intention and stillness, this ceremony invites you to honour your needs, tend to your energy and remember that choosing yourself is not selfish - it’s sacred.

Together, we will sip cacao, meditate, journal and share in a heart-led space that celebrates presence over perfection. Guided by loving facilitation, we’ll explore what it means to slow down, release expectations and reconnect with your inner truth - the version of you that is grounded, whole, and enough.

Through ThetaHealing meditation, you will be guided to let go of old patterns of self-judgment and open your heart to self-compassion and acceptance. As we close, the soothing vibrations of sound bowls will help integrate your healing, restoring calm, clarity and balance.

This ceremony will be hosted by Nimi and co-facilitated with Surekha, who together will hold a deeply safe, loving and restorative space for your journey.

What to Expect:

• A sacred heart-opening cacao ritual

• Guided meditation and journaling for reflection and release

Important Information:

• Please have a light lunch at least 2 hours before the event.

• Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.

• Bring your own yoga mat, pillows, eye masks and blankets for added comfort during the meditation.

• The event includes sitting on the floor and lying on yoga mats.

• If you have any health concerns or are uncomfortable drinking cacao, please ask any questions before booking your ticket.

• Please arrive between 4:20- 4:30pm You will be cleansed with sage on arrival.

Meet Nimi - Your Host and Co-Facilitator Nimi is a gifted healer and intuitive facilitator, devoted to creating sacred spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and their inner wisdom. With her nurturing presence and gentle guidance, she will take you on a soul-nourishing journey of journaling, reflection, and theta healing. She will invite you to reflect on gratitude for the blessings and lessons of the year, gently release what no longer serves you with love and compassion, and set intentions for the season ahead with clarity and purpose. Her theta healing meditation will be a graceful yet powerful journey, helping to dissolve energetic blocks, restore balance, and awaken abundance, alignment, and your divine feminine power. In Nimi’s care, you will feel safe, supported, and inspired to let go, realign, and step into your next chapter feeling lighter, stronger, and deeply connected to your sacred self.

Meet Surekha - Your Co-Facilitator

Surekha is a highly experienced Kinesiologist and trauma release specialist, dedicated to helping others find deep healing, balance, and emotional freedom. With her compassionate presence and intuitive skill, she will guide you through a deeply restorative Sound Bowl Journey designed to soothe your nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for inner peace. The healing vibrations of her crystal bowls will wash over you, helping your mind quiet, your body soften, and your energy integrate the shifts from the evening’s journaling and theta healing. In Surekha’s care, you will be gently carried into a state of calm and clarity, allowing your whole being to reset, realign, and awaken to a renewed sense of harmony.
