Welcome to Glow Like a Goddess — a guided gua sha experience designed to help you reconnect with your skin, body, and inner radiance. Divya, your host and guide for the morning, comes with a background in corporate law, holistic wellness, and embodied beauty rituals, and is passionate about helping women feel empowered in their skin and grounded in their self-care. Gua sha is more than surface beauty — it’s a deep ritual of emotional release, self-connection, and confidence.

Opening Meditation

The morning will start with a grounding meditation to settle the nervous system, create presence, and set your personal intention for the practice.

Lymphatic Drainage Preparation

You'll learn two deeply soothing techniques:

✨ A full-body drainage flow to boost circulation and detox pathways

✨ A facial drainage sequence to prep the skin, reduce puffiness, and enhance your glow

Gua Sha Technique

A guided, step-by-step facial massage using our beautifully designed ergonomic gua sha tool and Freedom Facial Oil.

✨ You’ll also receive individual feedback on your technique so you leave feeling confident and supported.

Bonus: Gua Sha for the neck and hairline to release tension and expand your glow.

👚 What to Wear / Bring

• Simply bring yourself — everything else is provided!

• Please wear a strapless or strappy top so we can easily access the neck and chest area.

• Less makeup or no makeup is preferred, as we’ll be applying facial oil during the session.

Where is the workshop taking place?

The workshop will be held in the WFH Room at Ferrum, Wembley Park — 40 South Way, Wembley, HA9 0HZ. It’s a cosy, welcoming space designed for calm and comfort — the perfect setting for your glow-up ritual.

How do I get there by public transport?

The nearest station is Wembley Park (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines). From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the venue.

What time should I arrive?

We’ll begin promptly at 10:45 AM, so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and get to know your fellow attendees.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope! You’ll be provided with everything you need — including our signature Freedom Facial Oil and ergonomic gua sha tools.
