This isn’t a typical vision board workshop. This is a Canvas Ceremony - a creative, soulful experience where you’ll explore the shifts you’re moving through, reconnect to who you are now and create a textured canvas that holds your energy.

Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, body changes, the empty nest, becoming a parent or grandparent, grief and loss, a career pivot, or simply that quiet feeling of “something is changing”… this is a space to pause, reflect and rediscover your identity through life’s transitions.

What to Expect

Part 1: She Emerges — Identity, Change & Becoming Her

A guided, honest and uplifting session with Seema, exploring the seasons of womanhood and the identity shifts that come with them.

You’ll be supported to:

- Name what’s changing (without judgement)

- Honour what you’re releasing and what you’re ready to reclaim

- Reconnect to your values, desires, and inner truth

- Turn transition into clarity—and clarity into vision

This is where you stop asking “Who am I now?” and start declaring: This is who I’m becoming.

Part 2: Canvas Ceremony — Your Identity Vision

Now you’ll bring your vision to life through a beautiful, multi-layered art process.

Using decoupage techniques, you’ll layer:

- Foundation — the energy you’re building from

- Vision — images and symbols for what’s calling you forward

- Affirmations — the words you’re ready to live by

- Texture & Magic — colour, sparkle, and meaning

- Sealing Ritual — to protect your piece and anchor your intention

You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind canvas you’ll actually want on your wall. Art that reminds you daily: I am allowed to change. I am allowed to become.

Important Information:

• Please arrive between 1:40- 1:50pm We will start at 2pm promptly.

• There will be water based glue used in the canvas ceremony. Please let us know if you have any allergies to materials.

• There is plenty of parking at the venue

Your Hosts for the Event:

Harri is the founder of Unleash the Wolf Within and the creator of Canvas Ceremony — a soulful blend of reflection, creativity and intention. She’s passionate about helping women turn life’s transitions into something beautiful and empowering, using art as a ritual you can return to again and again. Harri will guide you through the full decoupage-on-canvas process so you leave with a textured piece that holds your energy, your vision and your next chapter.

Seema is the founder of The Hormone Harmony Network and holds space for women to move through change with honesty, compassion and courage. With a grounded, uplifting approach, she helps you make sense of the “in-between” seasons — when your body, roles, or life circumstances are shifting — and guides you back to your truth. In this session, Seema will support you to reflect, reframe and reconnect to the woman you’re becoming.
