This is not a typical art workshop or cacao ceremony. This is a Cacao & Canvas Ceremony — a heart-led, immersive experience where ritual, creativity and intention come together to deepen self-love and open the heart chakra.

Designed for the month of love, this ceremony invites you to soften, reconnect and embody love from within — not as something to chase, but as something to remember.

Guided by Umma, we’ll begin with a gentle cacao opening ritual to awaken the heart and ground into the body. From this heart-centred space, Harri will lead you through a layered Canvas Ceremony, using a creative decoupage process to explore self-love, healing and heart-chakra alignment.

Through five intentional layers, you’ll create a personal canvas that reflects your inner journey — releasing old blocks, honouring your truth and anchoring love, compassion and self-worth into your being. This is not about artistic ability; it’s about expression, energy and intention.

As the ceremony unfolds, creativity becomes meditation. Each layer becomes a quiet conversation with your heart, allowing insight, emotion and healing to surface gently and safely.

We’ll close with a grounding meditation and sealing ritual, anchoring your intentions into both your canvas and your body, allowing the heart chakra to settle, integrate and expand.

• Please arrive between 1:40- 1:50pm We will start at 2pm promptly.

Harri is the founder of Unleash the Wolf Within and the creator of Canvas Ceremony — a soulful blend of reflection, creativity and intention. She’s passionate about helping women turn life’s transitions into something beautiful and empowering, using art as a ritual you can return to again and again. Harri will guide you through the full decoupage-on-canvas process so you leave with a textured piece that holds your energy, your vision and your next chapter.

Umma is the founder of Heart and Harmony 7, a Reiki Master, ThetaHealing Practitioner, and trained Cacao Ceremony facilitator with a deep-rooted passion for energy healing and spiritual growth. With a strong connection to crystals and subtle energies, she creates nurturing, grounded spaces that support emotional release, heart opening, and inner alignment. Umma’s gentle yet powerful approach allows participants to feel safe, held, and deeply supported as they reconnect with their inner wisdom and healing potential.
