Movement isn't just about how we look. It's one of the most powerful ways to improve our physical and mental wellbeing, boost energy, increase productivity, reduce brain fog and feel stronger in both body and mind.
Forget the pressure of long workouts or programmes that feel impossible to stick to.
This is about taking one small step every day.

What to expect
For 10 days, you'll commit to just 10 minutes of extra movement each day.
Led by Darpan from DeeBee Health & Fitness, you'll receive guidance, motivation and accountability to help you stay on track, while being supported by a community of like-minded women through Unleash the Wolf Within.
By the end of the 10 days, you'll have created a positive habit, increased your daily movement and proved to yourself that small actions really do create big results.
You don't need another 6-week programme you'll abandon by day four.
You need 10 minutes. 10 days. A supportive community.
Once you sign up, you'll receive access to an online portal where you can watch the videos each day (unlocked on 13th July). Thereafter, you have access for 1 year to watch and follow through the exercises as many times as you want.

Meet Your Host, Darpan

I am a Level 3 fitness and nutrition coach and menopause certified, passionate about revolutionising women’s health and fitness. My approach is all about creating bespoke, one-on-one programmes that support weight loss, building strength, lifestyle transformation, and mindset shifts. Through my group coaching, I focus on helping women build sustainable routines with balanced eating and regular exercise. My ultimate goal? To empower every woman to become the best version of herself.
