Hey all,
I am a Level 3 fitness & nutrition coach whose journey began with indulging in food and neglecting exercise, just like many of my clients. COVID was the turning point when I started my transformation journey.
Through dedication and perseverance, and making small changes I adopted a balanced approach to nutrition and exercise, finding joy in nourishing my body with wholesome foods and engaging in strength training to prepare for a better future.
Today, I would like to think, I inspire others with my own journey, sharing my experiences and insights to empower them to make lasting changes in their lives. I dig deeper to the subconscious level to unblock & provide tools to create a desired lifestyle.
My mantra ‘aim for progression, not perfection’ sums up my approach to fostering sustainable & positive transformations.
